Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and ensure product integrity, all sales at Fat Kitty Labs are final. Due to the sensitive nature of our research-use-only compounds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

However, your satisfaction and trust are paramount to us. In the event that your package is lost in transit or not delivered due to a verified carrier issue, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

To be eligible for reshipment, non-delivery claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
